Can anyone help me resize and spice up either of these photos for an icon?

In this one, I want to keep it off center and in the sky have a kind of glittery "Go Cubs!" animation would be awesome! Red font.

In this one, just some kind of animated shimmery outline around the Wrigley Field sign would be great!
If anyone could brighten up these pictures or just do anything to make them look a little more unique that would be so amazing!!!

What do you use to make icons? What I use now is pretty ghetto and difficult to use so I'd like to get something better.

Hi, I saw the trailer for the new Birth movie (http://birthmovie.com/) and was wondering if anyone could make me an animated icon from the scene where Sean falls on his knees in the corridor. Alright, basically what I want is an animated icon. I want her face and wrists, and the words "I don't need therapy... this is my therapy" to flash or blink or whatever. I have a Marilyn Manson request...well...a couple...

Ok...well, i want the text on it to be like this

First request....

And have the texot on the bottom right hand corner...or something...saying "Kiss me lover boy..." But like the icon i showed up above, but instead of red, like, blue , or purple....

And then the second...
Have this picture of Charles manson

then on a black screen have a + sign.
Then on another show this picture of Marilyn Monroe
...Then!
have a = sign
Then show this pic of Marilyn Manson

But just his head..if you must, but try and get in as much as possible

hi, i was so impressed with the last icon you guyz made me, which i posted about in my journal that i was hoping you could make me another... the picture is behind the cut. i was wondering if you could write kraftsingles on it. and make it sparkly or something, maybe a flashing star or something beside the name would be soo cool. in hot pink, or pink or purple letters. its open to change if you think of something better. thanx in advance.
