Can anyone help me resize and spice up either of these photos for an icon?
In this one, I want to keep it off center and in the sky have a kind of glittery "Go Cubs!" animation would be awesome! Red font.
In this one, just some kind of animated shimmery outline around the Wrigley Field sign would be great!
If anyone could brighten up these pictures or just do anything to make them look a little more unique that would be so amazing!!!
