Radial Blur Light Tutorial // Photoshop 7+
This tutorial is for those who know where everything is, some things will be explained to you. We will start from a 800x600 canvas and you can resize later on to whatever you want.

Scratch and Grunge Texture Tutorial
A few people were interested in a tutorial for the ScratchGrunge texture set I posted a few days ago, so here it is. I have a very old PSP program, and this is my first tutorial, so I hope it's translatable enough to be useful to some people!

light tutorial
I posted some monochrome lights yesterday and people seemed to like them - but they are really easy to make! I am using CS2 and have no knowledge whatsoever of PSP or Gimp, but assume that these steps are easily transferable
