About| introduction |
This community was created with the purpose of helping icon makers (both veterans and those just starting out) by offering a variety of resources and tutorials, as well as an outlet for questions and discussions related to all aspects of icon making. At the time that this community was created very few outlets were open to icon makers on LiveJournal, but we're proud to say that as the icon community on LiveJournal has grown and expanded with more communities emerging dedicated to various aspects of icon making, Icon Extras has still continued to flourish and grow thanks to all of the wonderfully creative members that post here. Our community is open for anyone to join, so if you're interested in icon making why not consider becoming part of our large and creative community of enthusiastic icon lovers. :) |

I repeat, do not post finished icons here; this community is solely for icon resources, and discussions related to icon making. 02 » tagging: Tag your entries! It only takes a second to do, and helps keep the community organized.
