Organiser Rules & Regulations

Must Read Before Registering as Organiser

Registration Requirements

- Only TWO pictures and max of 35 words are allowed outside of the livejournal cut. [Maximum picture size: 500x500]

- only one spree is allowed for each entry, do not divide lj-cut into two sprees.

- Please use LJ-cut for your whole entry, do not link your entry to your personal LJ blog. I need to monitor the spree as well, so for simplicity, send a full entry.

- If any of the above two is done, your spree will not be approved on [i_spree]

- titles of entries must pertain to the sprees organised:
eg. [OPEN]Korean Apparels #1 OR [CANCELLED]Hello Kitty spree #4 (4th spree for Hello Kitty Pre-orders). Tags like [OPEN], [CLOSED] and [CANCELLED] has to be shown clearly

- DO NOT delete your spree entry or change titles [Korean Necklaces] to [Taiwan Apparels].

- If you really want to change your spree entry, changed your spree entry title from
< [OPEN]Shanghai Apparels #1 to [CANCELLED]Shanghai Apparels #1 > and post a second entry with your new spree.
(If you delete any post, you will be IMMEDIATELY BANNED!!!!!)

- LJ-cut of spree entries should not contain other links other than spree feedbacks from other spree websites. (I have taken this rule out)

- DO NOT send in your entries to try the response. For spree response [Click Here]


- DO NOT send entries to ask organisers to organise any particular sprees. For spree requests [Click Here]

Organising Spree DON'T(s)

- DON'T screen comments for your spree (if you have to, email me first =)

- DON'T delete any comments.
Only comments that are queries and not orders, informations like mobile numbers or personal particulars, and orders that are made without payments are allowed to be deleted.

- DON'T accept any orders without payments

p.s: Before deleting the comments that do not belong to any of the 3 categories, email us about the problem. (You will be banned if you do not follow)

- DON'T forget to use [i_spree]'s approved [Foreign Exchange Rates]

- DON'T exceed 50 cents for Handling Fees and DON'T impose Handling Fees for meet-ups.

- DON'T profit from any any sprees.

- DON'T go missing and not contactable as actions will be taken. If you are away or not in the country, email all participants to let them know. Participants: If this occurs, contact us immediately by email.

- DON'T hold more than THREE sprees per week, please keep this to two sprees for no confusion between you and your participants.

For [i_spree] Organisers

Please be responsible with:
-> Payment calculations (including postage and shipping costs)
-> consolidation, make sure its on time
-> ordering of spree items, orders must be done right after consolidation and other problems like shipping
-> the updates that has to be done if anything comes up
-> collection of spree participants' particulars
-> posting the items to your participants.
-> the shipping cost and show any available records of shipping rates. NO overcharging of fees is tolerated in this community spree
-> the spree entries you post, keep them neat and easy to read

For [i_spree] Participants

-> DO NOT join the sprees if you are uncomfortable with the spree organisers.
-> DO NOT go missing after ordering and paying, reply the emails the organisers sent you.
-> EVERYONE is WELCOMED to join
-> Please keep a lookout for all emails and updates to prevent any problems in the near future.
-> Please inform us if you are unhappy with the services (not products) or if you think you have been overcharged by sending us an email..
-> However, if you become a dead-buyer and my organisers report to me, i will not hesitate to ban your from participating in sprees.

Feedbacks

dear babes, i will be lenient on feedbacks as i'm new as well.

-> every 10 feedbacks you have, if you have 1 negative feedback, 1 warning letter will be sent according to problem.
eg. 10 feedbacks, 20 feedbacks, 30 feedbacks etc.. you have 1 negative feedbacks, the above action will be taken.
-> 4 neutral feedbacks = 1 negative feedback
-> Below 40 feedbacks, if you attain 2 negative feedbacks, you will be banned.

Shipping Units

-> Max units for one item is 3.
-> Min units for one item is 1/2
-> if shipping cost is in excess, return the excess equally to participants
-> if shipping is above collected amount, ask excess from participants during second payment

What types of sprees are allowed?

-> All kinds of sprees are welcomed.
-> Website sprees like (Amazon, Drugstore,je551.com)
-> Apparel Websites from HongKong/Taiwan/China/Korea/Japan... etc.
-> Supplier Sprees, ensure your suppliers are trustworthy and you will be responsible for everything.
-> instock sprees from overseas. (no bidding and no personal apparels).
-> *NEW* For instock sprees, please have a minimum of 10-15 apparels for participants to choose from.
