A Caption Contest Community

Welcome to I Say WHAT!?, a caption contest community. It is owned and maintained by

quackkwak.

About___
I. Every Monday, I (possibly someone else, I haven't decided on that authority yet) post an image with speech or thought bubbles for captioning, along with a poll for submitting the captions.
II. You (these are all self-nominations, unlike

the_icon_ritz<3) come up with original phrases for the person(s) on the image, and enter! ^_^
III. During the weekend, I will post a poll with each entry and the everyone will vote on which caption they like best.
IV. Hopefully, the following Monday, I will post the winners.

Rules___
I. Please stick to the topic. Do not advertise other journals or communities unless they are related to this one.
II. Cut-off for all weekly entries is 5 PM CST on Friday evenings.
III. You must be a member of this community to enter. ;]
IV. You can only submit one entry per week. You can change it as long as it's before cutoff date, just don't get on other journals to submit.
V. You may vote for yourself, but please do so only if you think you're deserving.
