Tragic Figures Stamping Community: Shakespearian Tragic Figures



We will stamp you as (almost-- servants and teeny-tiny parts don't count) any character who ever dies in the tragedies Hamlet, Julius Caesar, King Lear, Macbeth, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, or Titus Andronicus.


Process:
1) Join the community (you know, click the link at the top of the page . . . ). The community is open, so you won't have to be approved, if that scares you.
2) Fill out the form below. Be sure to put "I am slain!" (possibly the most hilarious parting words in literary history) in the subject line; this will note to us that you have read the rules, and we will like you better. Also, please put your form under an lj-cut. This makes everyone's friends pages a lot happier.
3) Vote on everyone else. I know, I know– we're too nice to kick you out if you don't, but if you don't vote, who will?
4) Be stamped. There is no longer a rule about how many votes one must have. Stamping will happen when a result is clear or a decent amount of time has passed.
5) Post your stamp somewhere (preferably loading the stamp to your own server-- please?).
6) Promote like mad (we mods are shy and we want you to do our dirty work for us!).
7) Continue voting on everyone else so we don't get in a slump.
8) Repeat at your leisure, with a maximum of one stamp per month.

Rules:
1) Be nice. This is obvious. You don't join these things just to rip on other people, honestly. [info]tabular_rasa would like to retain her faith in humankind, and [info]crazyaphrodite just isn't down with that whole mean thing.
2) Vote. Yes, we won't kick you out, but we'll be less likely to bother voting on you if you don't vote on others. You are allowed to vote before you are stamped, and are, of course, highly encouraged to continue doing so after stamping. In fact, voting before you are stamped proves to us that you really care. When voting, vote for as many stamps as you like per person, and please put them in BOLDFACE (you know, with the < b > business?). Explanations are always adored!
3) Promote. We won't kick you out if you don't do this, either (especially since we won't even know if you do or not . . . ), but we ask you, very kindly, to. This increases chances of having joining members, and more members means more votes to each member's name– hence, a more accurate stamping. On the flipside, promoting other communities here is welcome as long as you are stamped.
