Welcome to hxt, Livejournal's newest community dedicated to hyde & tetsu, the vocalist and bassist of the Japanese band L'Arc~en~Ciel. Whether you see them as just friends, a thing of the past, or a romantic pairing that's still going strong, this is the place to be for everything haitsu. Serious discussion, fangirly observations, fanfiction, fanart... you name it, hxt is the place to find it.
hxt follows a three-strike principle so please be sure to read all rules properly before posting. Otherwise, enjoy yourselves and have lots of fun, because that's why this community is here!!
the Rules:
Respect. That means hyde and tetsu, them as a pairing, the community, the mods, the community members, and other communities. And anything else I happen to have missed. Any trolls will be warned and their posts deleted. Trolls who make an extreme attack on any of the above may find themselves banned immediately. All posts made in the community must relate to hyde, tetsu, or hydextetsu. This of course includes any musical works, so anything from L'Arc~en~Ciel through Creature Creature is allowed (also movies, in hyde's case). Posts on other topics will be deleted unless the post relates to a collaboration between that artist and hyde and/or tetsu. Media posts are welcome. Requests are not. Discussion posts, general fangirling posts, photo posts, lyric posts, translations, fanfiction, and fanart are all welcome. Long posts (ie. anything meaning the readers would have to scroll to read its entirety) and images should all be placed behind cuts. This includes fanfiction and fanart. Additionally, fanfiction entries should be introduced in a style such as:Title:
Author:
Pairings:
Rating:
Summary:
Plus anything else you think the readers might need to know. Remember that all fics must go behind a cut, and NC-17 fictions should be friends-locked.
Advertisements are a yes, provided that they follow community rules and are related to hyde and/or tetsu in some way. Advertisements that aren't related to the community will be disallowed, unless otherwise affirmed beforehand by the community maintainer. (In other words, if you're not sure, contact me first.) If you have a question, comment, or useful suggestion please do not hesitate to contact the community mods and they'll do their best to assist you. This isn't a rule, per se, but as a matter of politeness we'd like new members to post an introduction to the community so that older members can get to know and welcome them.
