We are a friendly and easy-going bunch who genuinely appreciates the tremendous talent, wit, humor and humility of Hugh Laurie. We do have a few simple ground rules set in place to help our community run smoothly, please take a moment or two and read them.

1. All posts must be on topic, and Hugh related (pic spams, videos, articles, interviews, quotes, etc).
2. When posting, please use discretion in regard to others by using LiveJournal cuts for spoilers, high volume pic spams, or anything that could be potentially deemed NSFW (not safe for work).
2a. All "NSFW" posts must literally be tagged "NOT SAFE FOR WORK".
3. This community will not tolerate any House M.D. ship wars of any kind. Please browse the more traditional House communities if you are interested in that type of thing.
3a. Hughbunnies employs a 6-strike system that works like this:
Inappropriate, Hateful, Shipful, House-Hating and/or Generally Unkind and Mean-Spirited comments will be deleted, without explanation, by the moderators.
Collect 6 deletions (yes, we will keep track) and you will be locked out of the community altogether.
3b. This community will not tolerate any negative commentary about the TV Show House, its Writers or Producers.
Hughbunnies fully supports Hugh's choice to continue to star in the show and serve as one of its Executive Producers. We fully enjoy the opportunity to watch the show regularly and often and with great pleasure, no matter where the story line takes us.
4. We have a moderated membership on this community. All are welcome to join, but we will not tolerate disrespect or flaming of any kind.
5. The main focus of this community is to respect and appreciate Hugh. Please refrain from posting paparazzi pictures of his wife and children. In addition, we ask that you refrain from objectifying him in a crude manner... (of course that's not to say we can't appreciate his *ahem* physical attributes)
6. In the process of posting articles, video, pictures etc. Please try to list your initial source if you have access to it. By source we mean:
a) The photo agency.
b) The website.
c) The LJ user or community.
d) Any other means of obtaining the product.
We understand that you may not always know where the image initially came from. Many of us save things at "random" or find them through a "Google search" or on an image site where the pictures have been added by many different members, many times over. If this is the case, just say, "Hey found this on (Photobucket, Flickr, Twitter etc.) last night, and thought I would share."
While we believe in "Copyright" law and the creator of an original work "Exclusive Rights", we also have a deep understanding that this is The Internet. If something is posted on a web page or blog chances are it will get copied by someone, somewhere, and be re-posted again.
If the Legal Copyright Owner of any of the videos/photos/articles requests their copyrighted material be removed, we will do so immediately.
