Hello, and welcome to [info]hsm_fics! This community was created after the DCOM (Disney Channel Original Movie), High School Musical, aired on January 20, 2006. This community's purpose is for you to post all of your fanfiction pertaining to the movie, no matter what the pairing is, slash or het or gen, and to be a creative outlet for all of your writing talents. Please feel free to post icons and other graphics if you so choose, as well! Enjoy!

This community does a have a few rules, unfortunately!
  • If you want to post a fanfic, please include the following in your update: title, author, summary, rating, length, warnings, other chapters, status, and author's notes. If posting graphics, please include: fandoms, amount, and at least two teasers.

  • Please put the actual fic and the rest of the graphics behind an LJ-cut.

  • If your fanfic contains NC-17 material, please state clearly in your warnings that the fic contains improper material for under-age readers. This community attracts a younger audience as well as a teenage one, so if you join, do so conscious of the other members.

  • Please try to keep bad language to a minimum. As I've said, there are younger kids in this community.

  • If I find you to be offending other members, or breaking any of these rules, I will warn you. If you don't take my warning to heart, I will not hesitate to ban you immediately.

  • Fics about the actors in the movie (i.e. Zac Efron/Original Character fics, Zac/Vanessa fics) are most definitely allowed.

  • Be kind, respectful, and help keep the community alive!
