My Nimbus - 2003 CDRom just arrived!

Please, let us know when you get yours, and post here with any comments about it (concrit, even, as it'll help with Future Stuff).

If you didn't get an email from us within the past two weeks asking for you to let us know if your address has changed since you registered,please email us at CDRom@hp2003.org and let us know if you want your free CDRom, or a $5.00-off coupon to use in purchasing the paperback or hardcover version of the proceedings from Amazon (they'll be available there within the next 2-3 weeks), or just post a reply here.

I'm a bit confused now. Based on the e-mail, I thought we needed to e-mail the staff only if we didn't want it, wanted the book coupin instead, or if our address changed. I assumed that if we said nothing, we would receive the CD-ROM at the address we registered with. Could you clarify? :)

My bad. Typo above. You only had to email us if the addy had changed, not if it hadn't.

HEIDIIIIII!

Man, am I stupid. I didn't know the CDRoms were free to Nimbus attendees, and I didn't get an email since my email has been down for ages. Yesterday, I bought the CDRom and now I don't know what to do!

Can I get reimbursed? If not, that's okay. It was my own stupidity, after all. Let me know what's up. *hides face*

Still confused.... :)

1) Do we get the CD Rom free if we attended Nimbus?
2) Who do we have to notify if we want one?
3) After we get the CD and review it...How do we go about ordering
the hardcover version?

1. Yes. Every registrant gets one.
2. As long as your address hasn't changed since Nimbus, you don't have to do anything.
3. You'll be able to order it from amazon in a week or 2 - we'll paper the fandom with links.
