 1.You must join this community before you post in it 2.Be creative. Don't enter "straight from a tutorial" type icons 3.Please do not steal or hotlink other people's icons 4.Animation is permitted unless otherwise stated 5.Do not use other peoples bases, use your own! 6.Every challenge will be Harry Potter related so do not enter any other related icons. 7.Members can submit two icons per challenge unless otherwise stated. 8.All of the entries must be livejournal standard (40KB and 100x100) 9.Do not post or use your entered icon ANYWHERE until the challenge is over. 10.All entries will be screened. 11.When you enter your icon also put its URL under it. 12.Do not influence others to vote for your icon. 13.Be fresh! Do not enter icons you made last month or last week! Make an icon that is fitting to the challenge and that is new, experiment! 14.If you have a question then keep it separate with your entry that way I can answer you.
