first and foremost, i like your layout. and thus implying you're interested in codes. well, i'm not talented enough to make layouts so i pilfered them from dooped, who is the greatest. i used her codes for my personal journal too.

what is HP INDIE? you know those witty reviews you see in independent newspapers where they can cuss and hate all they want? well, this is the same thing except that it's about harry potter fiction, and it lacks the wit.

why was it created? because i was sick and tired of seeing people praise shitty work. that, and people simply refused to give out any criticism when the writer desperately needed it. if the author's going to be a dick about criticism, they should forget about writing.

your writing's shit. yeah, i know. that doesn't mean i have low-quality taste. on the contrary. i expect others to be better than me so i can enjoy their treasures instead of laboring over mine, duh.

you're not very nice. um, no. but it's the internet so why should i care what you think? i know my online etiquette and i get along with people just fine.

do you ever review good fics? no, because if they're good they don't deserve any trash talk. obviously.

are you biased? i can be. and that's why i avoid reviewing an author i'm friends with because somewhere along the review, i'll probably forget to critique and be caught up in the praise.

i disagree with you. more power to you. just tell me why and we can engage in a lovely debate. i mean that in all seriousness, by the way.
