HPEF Kicks Off Inifinitus Planning at Universal Studios Orlando
When: Friday, November 9, 6:00PM
Where: Universal Studios Orlando (exact location to be announced here soon)

Come kick off the countdown to INFINITUS 2010, HPEF's premiere event at Harry Potter's World at Universal Studios - Orlando!

The chairs, committee and board members cordially invite you to join us for libations and nibbles, and learn more about the event and Universal's Harry Potter plans while we're in town for our first site visit.

Everyone is welcome but we need you to RSVP here, here on this LiveJournal, or by emailing me so I can send you the EVITE for the event.

I am SO down for this. Any idea how long this is going to go on? I have the Florida Writers' Conference that weekend and would have to either arrive late or leave early.

This little get-together is just Friday night, from 6:00 til 8-ish (in terms of what they're hosting for us) but I have a feeling some of us might head off to Margaritaville afterwards for a while...

On Sat. Nov 10th, the D.A. (the adult Orlando HP club) will be meeting at The Cricketer's Arms Pub at 7:00pm. I'd love for all our visitors to join us for great food, drinks, and HP discussion (mostly chaotic awesomeness.) We meet in the back, in the Room of Requirement. Parking at Universal

Should those attending tonight's meeting pay and park in the Universal or does the invitation allow us parking as well.

Parking is actually free after 6, so if you're ok with coming in a bit late, it's free anyway. Otherwise, afaik you have to pay for parking.

I'm interested! But I've got a lot of friends who want to go, and I don't know if any of them has done this yet. Can I just forward the evite to them when I get it? Rather than telling them all to post here, since that might take a bit... depending on how often they check their messages.
