hp_despoiled members are free to post their Harry Potter chan fic, artwork, essays, recs and fic searches. Because we like our HP boys and girls despoiled, we ask that you follow these rules to join and remain in the community. If your request to join was rejected and you know you meet the requirements and are active in the Harry Potter fandom, make sure you've followed these rules:1.) Read the following statement:
"I understand that the contents of this community contain chan, which is fanfiction and fanart portraying heterosexual or homosexual acts between a fictional adult and a fictional child under the age of consent. I do not condone pedophilia or pederasty in real life situations, and I understand and agree that chan, the focus of this community, is not the same as pedophilia or pederasty. I am over 18 years of age and I wish to join this community solely for the posting and enjoyment of chan fanfiction and fanart, and agree not to flame or attack other people, or post off-topic information. I also agree not to share any community post, in whole or in part, anywhere outside the community, with the exception of my own fic or artwork. I understand that flaming, attacking other people, or posting any off-topic message will immediately result in my expulsion and permanent ban from the community. I agree that if I encounter difficulties with any member of this community that I will immediately notify a moderator with a detailed description of the problem. I understand that my eligibility for acceptance into this community is determined solely by the moderators, who have the right to accept or reject any application arbitrarily. If accepted into this community, I agree to regularly check the community rules posted on the UserInfo page, and abide by them. I understand that I have the right to leave the community at any time should I desire to do so."
