| About: | Welcome to the "Old Cliches, New Tricks" fest page. This fest is being organized by ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) amelia_eve and regan_v to encourage writers to try out new pairings with popular hp slash plot cliches.
Want to try your hand at a vampire story, where Lucius is the vampire? Or a fic where an accident with potions forms a bond between Snape and James? Or a story where Draco has to do it with Snape, to reach his full magical powers? Or a story where Harry is trapped with Lupin, just before mooonrise, and Lupin tells him that the werewolf won't attack its mate? Or a Marriage Law story, with Harry and Snape? Or write a fic where Snape gives someone else (besides Harry) Occlumency lessons for a change, and sees something provocative in his student's mind?
The possibilities are endless, once you begin to mix and match pairings and plots. Check out our Fest Announcement for an explanation of what this fest is about, and you'll find many more interesting suggestions. Stories or art for the fest will be posted in April, 2006.
