When he was 11 he saw himself Head Boy, Quidditch star, surrounded by friends.
When he was 15 he saw himself happy and smiling, with Remus's arms around him.
When he was 19 he saw himself a powerful wizard at the right hand of the Dark Lord.
When he was 25 he saw himself redeemed and forgiven, respected on the streets, appreciated for his contributions.
When he was 33 he saw himself free of obligations, of whiny children, of the past.
