There's no pics of Wilson in the Birthmarks pics either but we know he'll be in the episode a lot. Based on the description for this episode he'll be in it a lot too. The pics don't really tell the story, and like you said, PI is gone after this so at least our time with him is almost over.

If they hadn't said in the past that Lucas might have a spin-off...
I'd of thought Lucas was just House's imaginary friend or something...
and everything Lucas has been doing...had actually been of House's doing...

Here's the down low...going left to right, and down:
1) PotW settled for "31" after she couldn't get Wilson to look at her. She faked illness to be close to Wilson's BFF.
2) Lucas and House are talking about Wilson, and discussing rpg's.
3) To cheer up House, Lucas is role-playing House, while House is role-playing Wilson (House is just off screen in the chair in front of his desk).
4) House is imagining Wilson is standing naked in front of him.
5) Thirteen is furious knowing the PotW tried flirting with Wilson before she had a chance. She thought Wilson was still grieving for Amber. Damnit!
6) House and Thirteen each contemplating...wtf! You're not Wilson.

Okay, I'm desperate for some Wilson photos and could be projecting here...

LOL, well I bet PI and House are discussing Wilson since the official description for this episode mentions House having PI "hot on Wilson's trail." So, a part of your projection is probably right.
