I was just thinking that we should probably let [info]toxicblackheart have some time to think about all of this and let her have some time to get her thoughts together. Once her head is clear she can give us some detail on exactly what she's planning on doing, we then can move forward in helping with her plan of attack. I for one would like to know more details about if she's going to talk to lawyers about the correct legal action she should take, talking with the animal cruelty society and the aspca.org. If she did (and should) I am very curious to what they have to say. Once she's had some time to mourn she can give us more details on these details and maybe give us some insight on her vet bills as well (i know one of them was $125 which isn't bad at all).

I have to say that the out pour of love in this community is wonderful!

THANK YOU. you said exactly what was on my mind! I am going to be a "ghost" for a while, but I will be online to keep an eye on things and watch over the new MurderedAngel.com . I'm still in the process of filing paperwork and talking with the D.A. and my officers, and when this ball gets rolling some more, I will keep everyone posted.

You and your husband and dogs are in our thoughts and hearts. I agree you need some time now to think things through and establish the legal plan. If it helps, don't forget to see if you can get a copy of Dog Law (4th National Edition)
