Welcome to Hot Issue a graphic community where you can find all your graphic needs such as 100x100 Icons, wallpapers and other random graphic of your favorite artists. It may look like a Bigbang only community due to the name of this community or the profile layout but It's really not.

♥ staff: Currently I would like to have another 2 staff for this community therefore please apply.
