Hot Gimmick Chapter 42
Since some people seemed to be looking for Chapter 42 translations of Hot Gimmick, I'll re-post my translations that I did a while ago (since I can't find the post in the archive ^^) Behind a link to avoid spoilers. Enjoy!

Boy #3: Checking over your own marks is so scary— [they’re basically checking back to their textbooks to see if what they wrote down on the exam was the right answer. ^^]
Boy: In that department, the regulars of the nation’s top five have it easy—
Boy: Look over there. Checking mail with his free time?
Boy #2: …no…it’s more like…
Boy #3: Doesn’t he seem
Boy #3: really pissed off to you?
//doro doro doro// [personally I’ve never seen this sfx before. Usually “doro” means “mud” and “doro doro” is mud as well XD But it’s clear to see he’s not very happy right now ^^]

In the past he kept on getting mad at Hatsumi because whenever she was having problems she would go to other people [namely Shinogu XD] instead of coming to him with the problem. With this, she showed she is becoming more open towards him and acting more like a girlfriend would ^^]

3) She was lonely because she couldn’t see me.
