delaese@shaw.ca AboutGreetings one and all, and welcome to the Honeybee Inn, a brand new Final Fantasy community. Feel free to promote it shamelessly. Please take a moment to read this message, so we can all start off on the right foot.
This community accepts anything Final Fantasy related. Fics, pics, screen caps, vids, photo-manipulations... whatever makes you happy. However there are some things that will not be accepted here, and these are;
Fics, pics, manips, etc, that feature sex with children. Now just so we are clear on this - teenagers snuggling is fine. Adults with children is NOT. You can go howl about freedom of speech someplace else. It's a bannable offense here.
Fics, pics, manips, etc, that feature explicitly detailed rape, torture, and mutilation MUST MENTION THIS IN THE WARNING. Now I realize some fic writers are known for their brutality. It's their trademark and it's what their readers want. Me, I hate it. But I'm not going to sit here and try to determine what counts as excessive. If you post a brutally violent fic WITHOUT proper warnings and I get a complaint, the writer gets a warning. If the writer chooses to not attach the proper warning, both the writer and fic are gone.
Incest! Once more, some people love it, I personally do not give a rodent's behind. If you want to post a fic containing incest, it must be between informed consenting adults, or, in the case of the silver sexy psycho triplets, at least with siblings of similar age. Baby rape will get you tossed out of here faster than you can say Micheal Jackson.
PLEASE NOTE! Only members may post to this community. I know it's a pain in the backside and I am sorry. If you wish to post and cannot, please check to see if you are a member or a watcher. Members can post, watchers cannot. If you wish to say something off topic, please mark it as OT so people can skip it if they so wish. While I will allow a certain amount of off-topic chatter, please, keep what you had for dinner, your vacation slides, and pet pictures on your own LJ.
ABUSE OF OTHER MEMBERS! This will NOT be tolerated! If you have an issue with someone you must discuss it in an adult and civilized manner. There will be no name-calling, flaming, harassing or stalking here. If you don't like what someone writes, don't read it. Do NOT read the thing fifty times over in its entirety and then proceed to howl to one and all about how offended you are. Instead go find a fic you DO like and read that!
