So... Apparently I should set down some rules here... so that I can kick you off if you're bitches.

1. Trolls will be heckled mercilessly until they run away. If you say stupid things that make it sound suspiciously as though you didn't actually bother to read or think about the post, we will make fun of you like there is no tomorrow. Y'know, if things get bad, we'll ban you or something, but mostly we just like making fun of people who try to piss us off...

2. No spams. This is mostly, like, y'know, trying to sell stuff, or throwing porn at us... If you go throwing unrelated porn or ads for pills to make penises bigger, then we're probably going to kick you off. And no, nobody wants to refinance their home. Oh, and no ebay crap, either. This is a no money zone. Unless you just want to give me money, I'm cool with that.

3. Hide the pr0n. Y'know, sometimes I go home to my parents house on the weekend; I'd really rather not be checking my coms and, oh, there's porn. Pretty much all images should be hidden behind cuts and links. And tell if it's Disney safe or filled with pink bits and raunch.

4. On that topic, cut fanfics too. Or anything that takes up a lot of space. Sand3 is dyslexic and gets easily confused by too many words. It might make her cry. a cut looks like so [lj-cut text="oogy boogy"]Ooooooooogy Boooooooooogy.[/lj-cut] except use those angle bracket thingies instead of the square bracket thingies. shift-comma and shift-period on a standard keyboard.

5. You should probably stay on topic. But given our admins, that might be a rule that is played a bit fast and loose. But, I mean, don't put up your fanarts and fanfics for different genres and stuff. That's just annoying. We'll frown and scold you.

6. NO PLAGIARISM. It will not be tolerated. No second chances. You will be banned. So cite your sources if you're showing anyone else's art (and be sure you have their permission) and mind your own fics. But we realize that especially in a specific community like this, everyone's thriving off each other's ideas. Cofie's picture inspired Sand3 to write The Price of Vengeance inspired StarSeed to write The Lost Sin of Despondency... it goes on and on... That's cool. Preferably say 'hey, I got this idea from that person!' because it's polite.

7. We like icons. Put them behind cuts though and say 'Hey, there be icons back here!' especially if they say things that a person would not want their grandmother to see.

8. Please put zipped files behind a cut. And please nobody post a zip of Bluebird's Illusion, the game's creators get annoyed when you do that... But aside from that, hey, we like copyright infringement! Post away with the doujin!

9. Oh, hey, we've been having an arguement over on Elricest that brings up a good point. So now I'm going to include it in our policies that if you are a minor and you want to comment on other people's work that is above a PG13 rating or post things of such a nature, you have to fix your livejournal info so that it lies and says you're older. So, y'know, in case any jerks come in and go 'GASP! MINORS!' and the go report us to the livejournal authorities. So yeah. If you're a minor, you can't tell anyone.
