A Harry Potter Icon Challenge

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:

hogwarts_ic is a weekly icon challenge related to the characters and plots of Harry Potters. Each week a challenge is issued, iconmakers submit a response, and we vote on which icon is the best. The winners recieve a banner displaying their icon and their achievement.

RULES:
- Your icon(s) must fit LJ standards. (no bigger than 100x100 and under 40k)
- The icon(s) cannot be posted anywhere else until the challenge is over and be made by you.
- Animation is generally not allowed unless the challenge states otherwise. Blending, text, brushes, etc. are all acceptable.
- You're allowed to submit as many icons as you want, unless the challenge states otherwise.
- Icons must be submitted with the image and url.
- You cannot vote for yourself. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. Nor can you sway people to vote for you.
- Most importantly, have fun!!
