I am very sorry, to have kept you waiting so long. All I can say is that summer heat and fever are not a particularly healthy combination. ;)

Summer has finally arrived and with it the long forgotten banners for Challenge 19. I am sorry that it took so long for these to be made and to be posted, but real life needed some time of its own. I hope everyone enjoys their banner, and please comment when you have received yours.

Some stunning banners had been submitted last time and I was tempted to ask you for your assistance in another special challenge... :)

The theme is community header. Make sure that your submissions are no larger than 600 pixels in width and 300 pixels in height. (They may be smaller.) The banners should relate to history, everything else is completely up to you!
