Hello, my name is Angel (
My original idea was for this to be his baby, but since I know that he's busy, I kinda changed that^_^ So instead, it'll be HIS lessons that are being posted, but the majority of the monitoring will be done by me.
The Lessons given here are basically: a general overview of what the lesson is about, any rules for that particular section, an example, and then a couple sentences for you to try out on your own.
If you haven't noticed yet, all comments are automatically marked as screened so that no one else can take your answers. Each comment will be replied to. Most likely by myself. All of the lessons posted will be ones that Hirashin-san has already sent me. If I'm not sure about your answer to a particular problem, then I will ask Hirashin-san for his help.
1) Don't give out your answers. You can help someone...but don't GIVE them the answer.
2) If you don't agree with a lesson: just remember, the person who wrote the lessons is Japanese. Not just a foreigner interested in the language, like yourself. This is a person born and raised in Japan. AND is a teacher. I believe he knows his language quite well, thankyouverymuch. He may make a typo everyonce in a while (who doesn't?), but remember to ask first. And if you are going to correct his Japanese, or English for that matter, then do NOT tYp3 lYk3 ThYs. No 133t (or however you type that) either.
3) Mispelling and typos, both are forgivable. I do them quite often myself >.> I'll be proofreading the posts before I put them up, but if one happens to slip by me, feel free to comment.
4) Feel free to COMMENT. No bashing >.<
5) Only Mods can post. Nothing against everyone else..but in order for this to be a lesson based community, that HAS to be restricted. >.> If there's something that you want addressed, just leave a comment. one of us will get back to you, and if we decide that it's relevant (or just that important) then we will post about it.
6)Do NOT pester Hirashin-san. I'm not listing him as a mod here because I don't want him to be bombarded with questions. If you need to get in touch with him, PLEASE JUST COMMENT.
7)Have FUN! an actual rule. *nods* If you don't enjoy learning Japanese, then why bother?
