Welcome to [info]hill_ichallenge, the Original LJ Hilary Duff Icon Challenge.
Anyone can join and enter as long as they follow the rules.

Rules:
-Make only two icons per week\contest that fits LJ Standards (i.e 40 kb 100x100 px).
Make sure to be original.
-Do not take someone else's icon & edit it, THAT'S STEALING!
I have no problem banning you for it.
-You may only use the pictures or lyrics provided by us for each contest.
-Please post your icons in a the challenge post in a comment along with a LINK to your icon
and if you want a banner.You can enter the contest from when the new challenge is posted to Friday.
-Don't post your entry anywhere else until the challenge is over.
-Voting will take place from Friday Night-Sunday.
Results will be posted Sunday or Monday morning.
-YOU MAY NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF & you must pick 3 icons to vote for,
or your votes are simply ignored.
-Do not post your icons at two Hilary challenges at the same time. That's not being original.
-There will be no bashing of Hilary Duff or any members in this community,
do either of these things and you'll be banned.
