| o1. Bashing will not be tolerated. If you are caught bashing any character or actor in this community you will be warned the first time, after that you will be banned. o2. Be respectful to fellow posters; debating is fine, name calling is not. If you have a problem with what anyone says please take it to tigre86, tv-junk-ie or glance18 before confronting the poster. We want to keep this community as harmonious as possible.o3. This community is not a place to dump icons, there will be a main post made by one of the mods every week where you can link to your icons. Otherwise posts that are strictly icons will be deleted. o4. Despite the rule above, you are allowed to post anything else as long as it related to Hilarie. We just don't want this community to overcrowded with icon posts, that's the reason that rule is in place. o5. When posting something spoiler related (whether it's about One Tree Hill or another one of Hilarie's projects) please make that clear in the subject. | Audiences are familiar with Hilarie Burton from her work as one of MTV's hottest VJs. Today, Hilarie plays Peyton Sawyer, the fiercely independent, high school student on the hit drama One Tree Hill. Born and raised in Loudoun County, Virginia, with her three brothers, she developed a passion for acting early in life. Shortly after moving to New York to pursue her dream, she landed the coveted job of VJ at MTV. As a host of TRL, MTV's wildly popular request show, and various MTV specials, she interviewed the most talked-about people in entertainment, from Angelina Jolie to Ben Affleck. In 2005, Hilarie made her feature film debut in, Our Very Own, a comedy/drama set in Nashville, Tennessee, in the 1970s. Co-starring with Allison Janney and Jason Ritter.
