Community Profile

This is a forum for Philosophy Graduate Students and Professors to discuss philosophical ideas in an academic environment.

Admission to the community will be allowed in one of two ways:

First, copy and paste this into an email, fill it out and send it to me at jeffglick@gmail.com:

If you prove yourself to be a grad student or professor, you're in.

The way for non-grad students to become members of the community is to be invited by a moderator. Moderator invitations may not be solicited by people who are not philosophy graduate students or professors. Moderator invitations will be based on the quality of user submissions and comments inside two other communities, real_philosophy and logic_forum.

Once you become a member put up a little intro post about yourself. Let us know what areas of philosophy interest you most, and what graduate program you are involved with.

Bring your philosophical questions, arguments, and opinions. It is perfectly acceptable to promote your university's upcoming philosophy conferences, as well.

Please let us know if you publish a paper, or will be giving a paper at a conference.
