Taylor H. Fan Fiction
So I came back from work and I totally missed all the LJ-fan fic drama. Although I don't necessarily agree that posting it in a community like that was the best thing in the world, I commend ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
grayissexy for having the "cajones" to do that ;)
Also, I was reading the comments, and someone said something along the lines of "If you met Taylor, would you give your fanfiction to him?".
Well, in 7th grade (1997), when I was obsessed with Hanson, I wrote a pseudo-fan fiction about Taylor Hanson (in which every character was named Taylor Hanson... um...yeah). I also wrote a couple song parodies, "I Will Sum For You" and "MMMSlop".
About 6 months ago, I got to meet Hanson when they came to my university. And, despite my friend's strong disapproval, I gave them my fan-works. Because.. how often do you get to meet Hanson? They probably threw them in the trash when I wasn't looking, but I gave it to them. Zac touched my fan-fiction. OMG!!!!!!
So.. the moral of this story is, you might get to meet Taylor Hicks one day (albeit 8 years later, but you can wait - right?) .. And I hope that when you do meet him, you give him your fan-fiction.. no matter how slutty or ridiculous it is. He'll need some amusement on his tour bus.
And for the record, I'm sure if Taylor knew about this (who's not to say he doesn't?), despite his "supposed" religious believes, he'd think it was funny and he'd be pretty flattered.
