Welcome to [info]hhr_stillness, a community for non-animated icons only and devoted to the Harry/Hermione pairing in the Harry Potter fandom.

There are two different challenges every week: Theme and Pic, and you can submit up to six icons (three per challenge). Every fourth week we have a special challenge which include lyrics. In this case you can submit two per challenge, six in total.


Rules

1. Your submissions cannot be animated!
2. Six entries per person per week, unless otherwise stated
3. Your submissions must remain anonymous. This means you cannot use your icons or post them anywhere until the voting period is over and the winners are announced
4. Do not vote for your own icons
5. All entries must meet LJ icon standards: 100x100 pixels max, no bigger than 40Kb
6. Your icon cannot be something you previously made. Don't try to hunt down the picture and change it
7. Please don't take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission


Submissions

1. Please, read carefully the rules of the challenge you are entering
2. You must be a member to participate
3. Submit your icons and their urls only to the challenge post. Comments will be screened
4. You will need a host that allows remote linking, so make sure your icon is on a reliable server. Try Photobucket
5. Do not host your image as forum avatars or journals user pictures to submit them here.
6. When responding with your submission, please include the image source, as well as the image itself. Example:

Timeline

All the times are CST
- All entries are due Sunday at midnight. Poll will be up asap.
- You will have until Wednesday afternoon to vote.
- Winners will be announced on Wednesday.
- New challenges will be announced early on Monday


Voting

1. Due to some problems we’ve had, you must be a member of the community to vote
2. Anonymous votes will not be counted
3. Read carefully the rules of the voting post and pick your TWO or THREE favorite icons. If you don't vote for the correct amount your vote will not be counted
4. Do not vote for your own icon. You'll be warned and exposed to the community if you do it once. You will be banned if you do it again
5. You'll be awarded with a banner if you win
