hetalia_pairs! This community was specifically created to archive fanworks and doujinshi and more under pairing tags mostly for shipper convenience. For the safety of your membership and possibly your brain, read the following guidelines, specifically the parts focused on repeat posts (before a particular date from other communities, such as the main hetalia comm) if it concerns you, and pairing requests (if you are posting fanwork or doujin and suchlike).All kinds of pairings are allowed to be posted in this comm, YAOI/YURI/HET/Canada & Kumajirou included.

The same rules as most communities for now:
1. If you post here, make sure that your fic is centric to a pairing or pairings or group of nations (currently only a few "group" tags such as "Soviet Nation" and "East Asian Nations" are existent; you may request more).
2. Put any excessively large images (around 400 give or take height and 400 give or take width maximum; just be practical about it, and the mod will not choke you) and all fanfiction under a cut; previews are permitted, however. Please lock doujinshi downloads and NC-17 fanfic and fanart.
There are no iron-fist requirements to labeling, but if you need one, following this format will be fine:

3. The primary reason this community was created was for specific pairings of Hetalia; PLEASE TAG your entries.
4. Be civil. As mentioned above, this community is not slash or het specific, and it is not a specific comm for any particular pairing, so the mod will not tolerate any backlash or flaming or overwrought hostility toward anyone.
This community has just gotten of the ground as well, so more general rules may be forthcoming.

If it is a repeat post from the Hetalia community or wherever (on LJ) before 06/11/09, try to keep it in one or (at most) two posts.
The following instructions below are not rules as much as aid. Please understand that if you have a repeated post with a lot of material you wish to cover, as long as your post doesn't take up a great deal of space, you really don't have to worry.
1. If you want to post doujinshi/fanart/fanfic from before that date and have several contributions (more than two), DO NOT post one at a time. Pairing specific posts might help if you don't want to group twenty doujin/fanart/fic in one post, such as Russia/America or Prussia/Hungary.
a.) If the number of fanfic you that want to link to (again, from before the named date) is excessive (more than four), you may preview up to four outside of an lj cut, and preview the rest inside a (fake) lj cut, or simply link to the rest of the fics.
b.) If several doujin are all from one scanlation website/community/ect, try to link to that site/community/ect. It also might be helpful if you post several doujin that are by a particular artist or circle in one post regardless of the kinds of pairings (in the end, it's entirely the poster's decision).
c.) Previous fanarts can be numbered and linked to in small font (example: 1 2 3 4 5 ect).
1. "APH - THINKING ABOUT YOU," & 2. "DWC - UKRAINE AND BELARUS," BY ARTISTS WHO GRACIOUSLY ALLOWED US TO SHOW YOU THAT "ALL PAIRINGS" MEANS SRS BUSINESS, MARYIL & PRINCESS CALLIE.
If you have a contribution (fanwork, doujin, ect.) for a particular pairing, and you discover that the tag you need does not exist after going through the tags list (look for both characters' names), THEN BY ALL MEANS, YOU MAY REQUEST THAT PAIRING TAG BE CREATED HERE.
Do not comment asking if a pairing tag has been made for a specific couple here IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE WORK TO CONTRIBUTE (sorry, but I need to make sure the request post won't become absolutely flooded--if anyone requests anything at all).
EXAMPLES OF TAGS THAT CAN BE POSSIBLY REQUESTED FOR FANFIC AND FANART INCLUDE France & Italy, Prussia & HRE, France & Prussia & Spain, England & Sealand, Belarus & Ukraine, Greece & Japan & Turkey, ect.
Understand, the mod will even put in France/Joan of Arc if a person WHO HAS DONE FANWORK FOR THEM requests it. ._.;;
The mod merely picked out the most popular pairings she had seen in the main Hetalia community for the doujin tag, so please, if you need a particular tag for doujin, especially one for a pairing in which you or others have several doujinshi for, don't be afraid to ask, AS LONG AS THAT DOUJINSHI IS ALREADY SCANNED and either uploaded or about to be uploaded in a day or less.
For now, please follow this format when submitting a request for a pairing:
1. Pairing or couple or threesome or ect. if not otherwise listed (examples, though all are listed: America/England, France/England, France/America, ect.)
Especially when it concerns a threesome or foursome or so, unless it is particularly popular, you might want to have an excellent argument or other people to back you up. Your mod is actually pretty lenient about that kind of thing, but it still may be debatable.
Very rare pairings definitely must have work done for it before consideration (let's say America/Latvia compared to a kind of popular crack pairing, Japan/Poland).
2. Type of contribution if not otherwise already listed (example: fanfic, fanart, doujin, video, ect.)
The video tag is not yet listed, nor are any graphics tags. Graphics tags will all be listed separately if they are added on by requests (hoping to add on icons, colorbars and wallpapers at the very least...).
THE GRAPHICS, ESPECIALLY ICONS, MUST BE PAIRING SPECIFIC IF POSTED.
