Sorry I haven't been keeping up on the community as of late. I've been pretty slow because of some health problems this year.

Since we've only had one submission for the Sylar challenge, I'm going to extend the deadline for submissions to Monday pm. So...please please please submit some icons. I've also fixed the post so that all submissions will be screened. The original challenge can be found here.

This week's challenge is going to be Sylar. It's going to be Christmas for all of you Sylar fans because I have 34(!) pictures put together. You can also use another image of your choosing. Please have a maximum of two icons done by next Tuesday pm.

Since we have a bunch of ties, I'm going to extend voting for Challenge #47 until Wednesday evening. If you haven't already voted, please vote so we can break some of these ties.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm *finally* out of the hospital. By the way, pulmonary embolisms are not fun. I consider myself very lucky to be alive and to have no permanent damage to my lungs or heart.

By the way, I thought it would be awesome if a few of you could hop on over to my husband's, doomsey's, journal to say thanks and tell him what a great guy he is. It was his quick thinking that pretty much kept me from dying on my living room floor last week. He called 911 as soon as I passed out and, at the same time, rolled me over and got me to wake up and start breathing again. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be here today. He truly is my hero.

And now...back to our last challenge...

I'm nekosensei's husband, and she asked me to post on her behalf and let the community know that she's in the hospital. She's doing OK, but obviously her work on this week's contest will therefore be delayed until she's out.
