Community Profile

The year is 1999. The vampire elimination agency, Hellsing, has just declared war on the Nazi group, Millenium, following the massacre of humans in Rio. But so far, Millenium has not acted out again. Could they have backed down, or are they planning an even greater krieg than the Hellsing Agency could have ever anticipated? And how will the Vatican's secret group of anti-pagan assassins, Iscariot, react to this clash of titans waiting to happen?

Well, that's where you come in. Hellsing_krieg is the new Hellsing RP on LJ, where all of your favorite characters from the manga and OVA only will be under your command, no matter if they are dead or not. Unless it was after the aforementioned massacre. So sorry, guys, no Dandy Man or Valentine Brothers.

RULES

We have some simple rules for you to follow. Some of them are kind of givens, but if you have no common sense and need them here, we'll forgive you. Some of us mods don't have it either... but anyway.

1. Absolutely, positively NO Godmodding or powerplaying. We will have a contact list for all players so use that to plot with them.

2. Okay, although we mods will be in Hellsing, Iscariot, etc., we ARE Grammar Nazis and we do not tolerate improper grammar nor bad spelling. Proper grammar and correct spelling is a MUST. This means no leet, netspeak, and please, TRY to use the spellcheck feature the lovely people of LJ have installed. Typos are understandable.

3. So as not to choke someone's friend's page, please put logs or uber-long posts underneath an LJ-cut.

4. All characters must have a Character LJ. No exceptions. If for some reason you can't continue being active, please delete the journal. We don't need to block up the LJ servers, now do we?

5. You are allowed ONE character per player. The only exception is if the community lacks applicants. Also, we like to keep things IC here. For example... OOC: Seras being a total sex pot, seducing every man in sight. This would be incorrect. You do this and I will personally cut your balls off/ovaries out. IC: Seras being whiny, accusing Pip of sexual harrassment. This is correct. I heart thee.

6. Have problems with a player? Please, take it to the IM. Flaming is not allowed in the community.

7. The RP will mostly be within the community. If you RP over IM, please post a log. You will not have to color code it. I know how late we can rp and how lazy we can get.

8. Third person, past tense in logs, first person in journal entries. At least one journal entry should be made a month. Please try to post to the community at least once a week if you are involved in an RP within the community itself.

9. Canon pairings only. I know this seems like a real abuse of power rule, but we've had some bad experiences with other RP communities, when the pairings some people made up impaired our enjoyment of playing. And don't tell me you've never cringed at a freakish crack pairing in an RP. So, if you like a particular fanon pairing *cough*Maxwell/Integra*cough*Alucard/Seras*cough*, contact your lovely mods nezbit or _scottishgentry, and we'll ask other members about their thoughts on it.

10. Flashbacks to The Dawn are ALWAYS welcome! <3

11. Any OOC posts such as introductions or absences should be posted in krieg_ooc.

12. This isn't fucking Party of Five or General Hospital. Keep the melodrama to a minimum. For example, Rip should NOT become pregnant with Walter's half-vampire bastard child. Not gonna happen. This is Hellsing, people, humor is also allowed, you know? Encouraged, for that matter.

13. Enjoy, and be ACTIVE. If after a period of about three weeks there has been no activity from a player, they will be put up for review.

Sir Integral Wingates Hellsing - Leader of Hellsing and master of the vampire Alucard. CLJ:bloody_cigars
Alucard - Hellsing's secret weapon; Midian and vampire assassin.
Walter C. Dornez - Butler and most dangerous human force within the organization. CLJ:wired_on_tea
Seras Victoria, aka Police Girl - new, fledgling vampire under Alucard's command. CLJ:draculina_fuzz
Captain Pip Bernadette - leader of the mercenary group, the Wild Geese.

Millenium

Major Montana Max, aka The Mad Major And piggy - Leader of the Millenium Group. Obsessed with two things: War and food. CLJ:mad_major_max
The Doctor, aka Doc - Mad scientist and one of the Major's right hand men. Creates the vampires that make up the Letztes Battalion. CLJ: the_dok_is_in
Captain Hans Gunsche - The major's other right hand man. Impossibly silent and the only real werewolf among the Werwolf forces.
Warrant Officer Schrodinger - Catboy created by the Doctor, and seems to have favor with the Major. Everyone else thinks he's kind of annoying.
First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle - member of the Letztes Battallion. She really likes German opera, and has a musket with magic bullets, just like Der Freischütz
First Lieutenant Zorin Blitz - another member of the Letztes Battallion. Uses a giant scythe and appears to have some skills in sorcery.

Vatican Section XIII: Iscariot

Enrico Maxwell - Bishop of the Catholic Church and leader of the secret Vatican Section, Iscariot. Has a hatred for all Protestants, espeically Hellsing.
Father Alexander Anderson - a priest who works in an orphanage by day, and assassinates pagans and vampires outside of Hellsing's juristiction for Iscariot by night. CLJ: hundred_blades
Heinkel Wolfe - German Iscariot member of indeterminate gender, partners with Yumie. Espeically proficient with firearms. CLJ:sacredvengeance
Yumie Takagi - Japanese Iscariot member and partners with Heinkel. A nun with a large katana. CLJ: killer_habit
