That's right my Good friends, it is Done, and in the can!

We worked very hard on it, and we're glad to be able to finally tell you, our fine friends at the Hellsing LJ, that our Hellsing OVA VI Fansubs are DONE!!

We also would love feedback on it. What did you like? What didn't you like?
We really tried to rework the dialog to be both accurate, AND flow naturally like human speech should, so thusly we ad-libbed in some slang in there (most of which is British slang like "Arse" and "Bloody Hell"... Hey, don't look at us like that, the series takes place in England!) and we made the rough and raunchy Mercenaries known as the Wild Geese talk like... well, rough and raunchy Mercenaries! Tell us how it all came out, we would LOVE to hear feedback.

Also, we want to let everyone know that The process of working on OVA VI came at a rather awkward time for us as we had a LOT going on in our real-lives at the time, as well as having to move ourselves to a completely new site and forum, which would account for the major delay in this release. We're very happy to say that with the new site up and running entirely, and our lives pretty much balanced out, the same kind of delay will NOT befall OVA VII, which we most assuredly plan to do as well. So expect an OVA VII release VERY shortly after the actual episode is released.

PS: Remember folks, Call to Arms used to be Demon Rin Fansubs, we changed our name, but it's the same people doing the work.


EDIT: IT's been brought to our attention that the Subs aren't in sync with every version of the DVD Rip Raws out there.
It will only sync up to your Raw if it includes the Dolby Digital Ad at the beginning of the episode. We're working on a 2nd version that will work with Raws that have had the Dolby segment Removed.
Sorry for the Situation.

EDIT 2: The Episode has been re-uploaded. The situation with the Dolby ad at the beginning of the Episode has been Fixed. If you had a sync problem, get the fixed version on our site now in the same way you got the old one.
The release now contains two versions of the file. If the Raw you're using Starts with an Ad For Dolby Digital, use the "Dolby Ver" file. If your Raw does not Start with a Dolby Digital Ad, and begins the episode immediately, use the "Non-Dolby Ver".
Again, sorry this happened.

If anyone here has scanlations or even simply raw scans from The Dawn, think you could send them my way? My computer crashed and while I was able to save all my Hellsing manga, my Dawn manga was wiped off during the reformatting >.<;;; [this is why I need a bigger flashdrive *adds to X-mas list*]

Late to the party, as usual. Myself as Rip van Winkle and my cosplayer-in-crime Jenny as Zorin Blitz. I did the tattoos, they took 2 1/2 hours and were completed with liquid eyeliner and sealed with AquaNet, stuck around for 4 hours with no trouble/ruboff. Enjoy.

I just finished reading Dracula, The undead, ( the sequel to the original Classic, and we all know, Kohta Hirano based most of hellsing on ''DRACULA'' By bram stoker, well, this sequel have so much hellsing/kind references that it's just amazing,  and mostly on the last chapters of the manga, and ''dracula's personality and most the well known vampire's abilities, i hate spoilers so go ahead and try to get your hands on this book,  just as i did with the historian, Im sure Hellsing's fans will loved it as much as i did.

Not sure if this is a legal posting - but I've been looking to buy a Hellsing patch for FOREVER (the kind the soldiers wear - the "we are on a mission from GOD" coat of arms), and since I wasn't able to find any ANYWHERE, I finally broke down and had a lot of 100 made at a custom patch making place.  If any other Hellsing lovers out there are interested, you can message me on there, or I have a temp listing up on ebay too...

Hello everybody!
My bf hbi2k and I went to Saboten Con this past weekend as Alucard (straight-jacket/bondage version) and Integra (OVA version). Unfortunately, there was only one other Hellsing cosplayer there! Usually we see at least one Seras and sometimes more Hellsing characters walking around, but this time it was just us and one other Alucard.
