This community is intended to create a forum where people with connection to El Paso can discuss a wide range of issues dealing with El Paso and it's sister-cities (Las Cruces & Juarez). This includes good things as well as the bad things. Hellpaso will hopefully increase awareness of local issues such as conflicts as well as being used as a medium for networking. Hellpaso can be used to promote bands, art work, and various areas of enlightment; however, such promoting must be done a tasteful manner.
There are rules to the community and they have been adjusted. Please review rules before posting. You can consider this as a warning. Violations of these rules will be done with a warning first. If the warning does not go through, a deletion of the post will occur.

- please do NOT post personal and irrevelant posts of any nature, this includes quiz results, what you did today, and if you're bored or not and the like.
- encouragement or illusion to illegal actions are discouraged. your posts will be deleted and if you try it again, you will be banned. you've been warned.
- if you want to post pictures (small ones, small being 440x400), they can be posted directly but the larger ones (larger than 440x400), will have to go under an LJ-CUT. Questions about lj-cut> go here
- we're for posting new local/national shows happening in and around El Paso- but please, limit the double posts. you can post it one time when you find out about it and another time either the day before or day of the show. double posts annoy a lot of our members. we'll remember the show if we really want to see it.
- and please, please be nice to one another. this community is about unity, it's not a contest on who can be the biggest asshole. that means: no posts insulting ones sexual preference, gender, musical tastes, etc. there is a line of how far one can go. if you chose to cross this line, please be aware, you will be banned.
