A World Ruled By The Law

Made into being by Astler the Protector and governed by his eight wise disciples, Alphinza has been a land of peace and affluence so long as there has been the Eternia, the mortal incarnate of the Heiress, daughter to the Protector. It is she who shall one day inherit the world when Astler returns to the horizon to renew his youth with the rising sun.

THE LAW is the supreme word of Alphinza, the word of the Heiress herself.

"Those with the earthen eyes will likewise work the earth. Those with the eyes of leaves from the trees from which all life forms will create that which is neccessary for life. Fire destroys and conquers, likewise shall those with the eyes of fire rage furious upon their enemies. Those with the sky reflected in their eyes alone are blessed with the ability to control and rule the earth. All will tilt their eyes up to the heavens."

The Origins

1657, PO. On the small island of Eeres in the north-eastern Sea of Azriel, a child has been born bearing the mark of the Heiress, the first in over a hundred years that signals the beginning of undetermined prosperity. The year is 1676, PO and Alphinza has suddenly been thrown into a chaos that even the Eternia cannot quell.

On the other side of the continent, in the royal city of Luda, people are stirring and plans are set in motion. A man of "in-between" has begun a journey, and what begins as a simple request quickly escalates into a crisis of unimaginable proportions with a group of unlikely allies caught in the crossfire. In a land where fate is destined upon first sight, a blessing and a curse has been set upon the world. Who, if anyone, will prevail?

Finally deciding that the world is the best place to study Ancients, she seeks to explore it and leaves to go journeying a few weeks before her eighteenth birthday. A bit sheltered, but she quickly grasps most information (besides cooking) and is a bit full of herself. Ehren's best friend, Lori became a mercenary shortly after he ran away from his home. Cocky and headstrong, he frequently does things before thinking them out. Name: Angelo Foster Age: 13 Gender: Male Height: 5'2" Weight: 101 lbs. Class: Blue Castor Weapon: Mace Religious Affiliation: None Angelo wants to help Cole as a courier, though Cole insists that he stay within the city. Like his older brother, Angelo has picked up his sarcastic streak and is blunt about his opinions, almost to the point of being rude. Looking seriously upon life, Cole is openly spiteful of those with an ever-carefree and light-hearted disposition. She just barely makes a living by doing odd jobs around the city. A poet who at first glance seems very light hearted, but she has a sharp mind and the ability to call upon various summons to assist her. A well travelled writer, she has seen a lot of the world and tries to write about it. Rie openly cares about people and has a very hospitable nature, often offering travellers shelter in her house near Luda provided they can provide something for exchange. Hay so your mods are

glasscap, henceforth known as Annay and Evy. You've stumbled across Tales of the Heiress, which is a Tales-style roleplay. OH SNAP.

So what happens from here? Well, I guess you could say this is just a thing between friends. We pretty much all come from

rhythmonhigh. Check it out; it's a pretty great RP. Anyway, it all started with one of Annay's stupid plot-bunnies that just wouldn't go away. She has originally planned it to be a series of novellas, but all her fantasy plots end up more like RPGs anyway, so that's what she turned it into. One day, while on vacation, she proposed this ludicrous idea to her fellow muns and was overwhelmed by their support and enthusiasm for it. Thus, after about a week of planning and plotting, Tales of the Heiress was born.
