About Welcome! You have found your way to the Heath Ledger Last Icon Maker Standing community. This is a place where we can all have fun making icons to remember Heath in the best of memories, and also to enjoy having the challenge of competing to get first place. I look forward to what icons you all come up with. LIMS Just in case you need a reminder, LIMS are like challenges, which last several rounds, which take place weekly. You have to enter (and have the chance to skip once or twice) every challenge. You then vote for the icons, and whoever gets the least votes gets eliminated. Sign-up Just leave a comment on the sign-up post and remember to join. You'll be able to sign up until the voting of the first challenge. Skips These allow you to skip one week of entering, if you're running a tight schedule for one reason or other. However, you cannot skip the first week, or the last few weeks (depending on how many participants we get). You can get an extra skip by promoting this community, just leave us a link on the sign up page. Your skips will be used automatically until they are all used up. Voting Anyone can vote, whether you are participating, have been eliminated or are simply watching. Every week you will be asked to vote for your least favourite icons as well as your favourites. You do not have to give reasons although it is much appreciated to know why you have been voted out so you have the chance to improve and see where you went wrong. Constructive criticism is highly favoured! Submitting Icons have to be in a comment to the challenge post, they will be screened so that you will not be able to see who made them. It's best if you leave the URL with the image. The icons must agree with the LJ standards: no more than 100x100 pixels, 40kb, and must be saved as JPG, GIF or PNG, they may be animated. Submissions must not be posted anywhere else until the voting is over for that certain challenge and results have been posted. You cannot vote for your own icons or ask other people to vote for your icon.
