If you are interested in becoming more healthy, either through diet or exercise or both, this is the place to find tips, get encouragement and post your goals and achievements. There are no mandatory weigh ins, here, but you may if you like to. This is the place to post your exercise or weight loss tips, recipes, your goals and accomplishments, etc.
This is not just about weight loss, but about living healthy. If you need help or encouragement, just ask! Anything about healthy living, weight loss, fitness or exercise is considered On-Topic. Please, no off-topic posts. No flaming, either!
We are not pro-eating disorders! If you want to starve yourself to death, this isn’t the place for you. There are other LJ communities that support that. This is about healthy living, not looking like a supermodel. Any posts about unhealthy living through eating disorders will be deleted.
Remember, it’s not a “diet”…it’s a lifestyle change! You won’t make all the changes overnight. It’s a step at a time, one day at a time. With each day that you succeed at your new lifestyle, you’ll grow stronger!
