AboutThis community was created for people who are trying to lose more than twenty pounds in a healthy manner through exercise and diet moderation. Weight_loss is a safe space in which members can share stories and support each other on their quests to find/reach a healthy weight.
Note: No verbal abuse, spamming, or encouragement of dangerous dieting practices (where dangerous is determined by the admistrator) will be tolerated. All comments of that nature will be deleted immediately. This community was created for those who are trying to lose weight to prevent serious health problems, consequently, the administrator will also delete all comments by those encouraging members to maintain their current weight for political reasons.
