AboutThis community was created for healthy fasting. I ask that if you are pro-anorexia or have severe eating disorders to not join. I have seen so many communities that are for fasting and most support a lifestyle like this. This is in no way meant to be offensive, it's just that this group was not made for that type of support. This is to see the safe and healthy side to fasting.
You can join if you are fasting for the following reasons:
1. Cleansing the body of toxins.
2. Religious and/or spiritual reasons.
3. For people who actually have excess weight and would like to safely loose it via fasting but they do not plan to live a life of starvation to keep the weight off. Instead plan to fast to get back to a normal healthy weight and use fasting as a means to do so and to regulate their bodies.
4. People who have fasted for the above mentioned reasons and would like to share their stories and testimonies and offer advice and support.
5. People who have never fasted but would like to fast for the above mentioned reasons and would like support and advice and friendship.
There will be no debating or flaming.
In this community we can discuss the different ways to fast, juicing vs. water fasting, first time fasters can comes for support and advice and experienced fasters can comes and give tips and support. Either way, let's make this a safe and supportive community for people who wish to fast in a healthy way. Not as an eating disorder. Thank you.
