FOR READMISSION TO HOGWARTS ELITE:
If you wish to rejoin Hogwarts Elite, you'll need to fill out this short form request and post it as a comment on your Head Girl's Contact Post as well as on the Headmaster's Contact Post, so both are aware of your intent to return to Hogwarts Elite. If you were expelled for inactivity, you will be allowed to do nothing but sort during the Sorting Session in which you return.

IN CONCLUSION:
Remember, once the Head Girl or Headmaster replies to your request form you are responsible for sorting the required amount of applications. If you do not, you will be put on probation. Also, upon your return please fill out the n00b survey that is located in the Common Room user infos in order to reacquaint yourself with you fellow students.
