Yesterday (April 4th) was Kett's birthday. I wasn't
able to get online, so I'm a day late, but:

Hello everyone!
I am Kelly and I have been a fan of Kett's ever since I saw him in Dead Last!
Unfortunately, his movies are really hard to come by especially in Greece where I live but i have managed to watch a few!
I was wondering is Dead Last out on DVD yet?
I'd love to buy it!
Also, if it hasnt come out yet, does anyone have any epis of the show or knows where I can find some?

Let's bring this community back from the dead! Post! I just bought Heart Of America, Gypsy 83, Show Me, and Falling Angels and I am about to rent Rollercoaster and Firewall again because the other store gave me the wrong ones. -_- Dumbasses. But after I watch those I'll probably buy them, I'm also going to rent Kingdom Hospital on DVD. I'll end up buying that too. Then I'll check out Higher Grounds. It is my mission to see and hopefully own EVERYTHING Kett was in, even if he had a small part. I WILL BE TRIUMPHANT! lol. But anyways. Community. Resurrection.... Yeah. It doesn't work if just one person is posting. So alittle help, please? Don't make me torture you with sad scenes where Kett dies. Which is the majority of his movies so far. I won't name them because I don't want to spoil the endings for anyone. Anyways... POST! PLEEEAAASE!!! *puppy eyes*. Ooooh, that reminds me, does Kett remind anyone of a puppy? lol. He always looks like he needs to be petted and cuddled. *hugs Kett plushie as it says "I love you, I love you"* lol

Hey, I really need screencaps of Dan and Barry from Heart of America. Preferably together and NOT getting bullied. Even though that was most of the film. T_T poor kids. I hated seeing Kett get beat up. I know its acting but still, I was like "NO! GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF MY KETT!!!"
I also need a pic of Barry at the end when he's on the football field.
Also, I had an idea for an RPG board for all things Kett was in. However, I've only seen 4 of his movies and I'm too lazy to make the board myself, so if anyone is willing to co-own it, I'll be happy to work with you. We can even have what I want to call "The Fangirls' Dream RPG" which is where we are pulled into a world where all the people Kett played are real. Cover your ears and be prepared for the high pitch fangirl squeals, some may be so high that only dogs can hear. lol.

hey. i'm new here.
I first fell in love with Kett in Show Me. He was so hot and amazing. Then, without knowing he was in it, I rented Gypsy 83. When I realized Kett was in it I was like "OMG!!! *fangirl!*". Then I rented Falling Angels. I saw him in that and was like "KETT'S A HIPPY!!!". I just recently watched Heart Of America. I actually cried when his character was getting beat up. I was like "NOOOO! KETT!!!! WHY!?!?!?!?!?"
I started writing a Heart Of America fanfic. I posted the first chapter on my website. but its just the first draft. I'll post it here when I feel it's completed. It's basically what would happen in the movie if my characters were in it. It changes the plot drastically.
Then I found this community. I am so happy to be a part of it.

I really enjoyed the show while it lasted, before it faded into the anals of TV history... I was wondering, do any of you know if there's a DVD of the show available? I really want to see it (and Kett :) ) again!!

Newbie here! My friend introduced me to Kett via Gyspy 83 which I think is a great movie. I got bored and made some icons awhile back using screencaps from it. Hope you enjoy them and that they'll get some use.

It's Kett's 24th birthday today, whoo!
News wise, I guess there's nothing. Currently he's in the movies Firewall and A Simple Curve. I haven't seen Firewall, but definitely check out A Simple Curve! He plays Buck the hippy, and he's majorly awesome. Kett's still beyond awesome. Happy Birthday, Kett! You are the man.
I've actually started watching Higher Ground since it's finally on my TV channels, and it's actually not too shabby. Not great though, either. But something to watch anyways!

Lately I've noticed a lot of Higher Ground (2000 television series starring Kett) RPG sites popping up, and they all seem to be... err... alike, for lack of a better word. Many also seem to be unorganized, some aren't very active, and some even have some 'rotten apples' who bring an unnecessary amount of drama to the sites.
I've created a new HG RPG site, called "Broken Souls," that I hope you all will consider joining. It's a very organized, friendly environment where our main goal is to just HAVE FUN while we RP characters (either from the TV show or made-up ones) who may work at Mount Horizon as counselors, or are students. Rules in certain areas are stricter where they should be, and more leniant in areas where other RPG sites don't cut enough slack.
I'm hoping you all will, if not join, at least take a look at the site. Like I said, it's brand-new, but the kinks are pretty much all worked out, and we're ready to roll!
Broken Souls: A Higher Ground RPG
We are in [almost desperate] need of a Peter Scarbrow and a Sophie Becker, as well as a couple other counselors and doctors. Many of the original characters are still available to be played, such as Scott, Auggie, Ezra, Juliette, etc.
