| Rules |
| - Icons must be in the Live Journal standards: No more than 100x100 pixels 40 kb, it has to be in PNG, JPG, or GIF format - Do not enter in icons you've made for other challenges. Do not make icons from bases other people made. - If you take an icon by someone else, make sure they give you permission and you MUST credit them. - Do not post your icon anywhere else until the contest in over. It must remain anomounus. - Do not blend with outside pictures for the Cap Challenges |
