Oh. Oh. Oh. I am crying. Seriously. I don't think I've ever cried from a piece of art in my life.

Just... gorgeous, both the drawing and the story. Love how you've put Harry's thoughts as plain text, in contrast to his spoken words in the bubbles. The closeups of their two hands in the first post -- Harry's with the wedding ring -- the closeup of Draco's face in the second-to-last panel of the second post, and the the closeup of Harry's face in the fifth-fourth-third last panels of this one -- my heart is breaking. Oh, and Draco's expression when he says that Harry is pathetic -- that smirk seems heartless, but we know from having seen his clenched fist that he is by no means as unhurt as he wants Harry to believe.

I love how you use the panels but break their boundaries as well, and incorporate so many different perspectives into this medium; black and white is no limitation. ♥ ♥ ♥

Wow! Great perspectives. And so much pain. I loved the contrast between Harry's words and his inner monologue.

I'm pretty sure I know who you are, mystery artist; with the way the dialogue is written, how you cut the single frames and how the boys look. :-)

Oh wow, that's really gorgeous! Absolutely breath-taking!
I love the close-ups of the hands too. I felt Draco's hand crack in the first part. You pack so much into the few words of each frame, it's wonderfully done. And the expressions on Harry's face in this last part, just pierced me. My heart is aching for both of them.
Stellar Job!

This story in pictures was heart-breaking. I wanted to yell to Harry, that he should screw Ginny, despite her being pregnant and just reach for his happiness with his true love. That he can love his child even if he is not with its mother.

And I wanted to make Draco see what Harry wouldn't let show, hear the words Harry couldn't make himself speak.

Oh, it was so beautiful and painful. I have no artistic talent at all, but this is what makes me wish I had at least a tiny bit.

Truly a marvelous piece.

P.S. I will imagine that at some point Harry and Draco still get their second chance at happiness and make it count.

Absolutely beautiful art, and a heart-breaking story. The expressions on their faces are, each time, exquisite, in every panel. Well done.

OMGOMG, this is soooooo gooood!!! <3<3<3

I love this so much! The perspectives, the contrast, the close-ups, the "panel" with the long hallway towards the end. And your Harry and Draco are always so amazing. <3

And, woes, the story! *cries* Wah, I want to hit Harry over the head with something. Boo, Ginny! xD And he keeps rambling, but doesn't say what he wants to. ;___; Oh, Harry!
And Draco's not as unaffected as he seems. Shdjgh.
You portray emotions so well. <3

Again, I have so much love for this!

Woah... that was awesome. I had to go back a couple of times to look at expressions again -wonderful detail in such simple lines. An excellent job at telling an entire story in a few words.

Oh, this is lovely, even in its sadness. I especially liked the bit where Harry is talking about inconsequential pleasantries but really thinking something else.

OMG! I love it! Perfect as always.

I love angst for more than is healthy so I loved this! The emotion of the plot and clean lines of the comic is just breathtaking!

I could go on about how wonderful this is but I'd be here all day. :)

Oh my goodness, how positively heart-wrenching. ♥

Your artwork is gorgeous, and I love how you used different angles throughout, but it's the raw emotion which captivated me the most.... thank you for sharing such a beautiful work of art.

You are definitely someone to aspire to in terms of storytelling and artwork!

Gah! I get such an visceral, emotional response the more I study each and every panel of this gorgeous, moving, sad story. I love the wording, the paneling, the sheer exquisite expressions! *flails helplessly*

XD I was flailing so much that I forgot to mention what I loved about the story! I loved the disparate thoughts, the sheer sense of "It's too late but how I want it to be otherwise", definitely on Harry's part...knowing that there is a celebration going on while elsewhere, there is this massive and yet fully contained breakdown occurring...very sad and yet so realistic! *wibbles, swoons, and flops down on the ground like a fish*

i will have to look this over a few more times to see all the details and to fully appreciate the composition. i love how you flip the frames around, how they bleed into one another, and how you use light and shadow.

also, harry, you're an idiot. *smacks him*

Wonderful. I love the sparseness of the drawing and composition, especially on this last page with Harry's down-turned face. What might have been indeed.

It's so sad how Harry couldn't find the words to convey his internal thoughts, but how clearly the trailing off, his face and his posture tell us how much he wished he could, and how inadequate the spoken words are. The story seems so wistful but hopeless. Beautifully drawn, and so expressive.

This may be the only time in hd_holidays that I am really sure of who the "mysterious artist" is ... This is breathtaking. Of course the art is wonderfull, but you not every great artist can ally text and drawings and make something greatest than the sum of it. The rythm, the steiing, the the contrast between what is said or seen, what is thought, and what is left for us to understand, the way you seem to know exactly waht has to be explicit and not ... Be it the story of the art, there is absolutely no clumsiness in what you do.
