AboutWelcome to hc_stillness, a stillness challenge focusing on House/Cameron.

Each week a blank or screencap will be chosen. Then members will make an icon from that image, you can only use the picture given but you can edit it and crop it as you wish! After that, you post your icon in the comment section of the entry post and after that there will be the weekend for people to vote on their favorites. Winners will receive a customized award banner to display on their journal or webpage.
There is no need for anyone but myself to have posting acess, although you can comment to the posts in order to vote/submit an icon.
RULES
1. Your submissions cannot be animated! (It's kind of the point of the entire contest)
2. Make sure you only submit 1 icon per contest!! No more than one!!
3. No voting for yourself. That's just a bit too self centric for me.
4. Make sure your submission is 100x100 or smaller!
5. Please do not take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission.
6. You cannont enter an icon that was made previously for a another challenge.
SUBMITTING
1. At the beginning of each contest I will make a post where you can reply with your submission. Comments will be screened so the only people who can see your submission are you and I.
2. You have to be a member to submit to the challenges.
3. You will need a host that allows remote linking. Geocities/angelfire/tripod and sites like those do not work. You could try Photobucket.com or 250free.com ...
7. When responding with your submission, please include the image url, as well as the image itself, which ideally should look like this:

TIMELINE
Submission deadline!! Friday pm, I'm in Germany though so bear that in mind.
1. The icons will be up to vote for on Fridays evening because sometimes I have to work late.
2. You will have till Sunday afternoon to vote.
3. Winners will be announced and the new challenge will be posted Sunday/Monday.
VOTING
1. You don't have to be a member of the community to vote.
2. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
3. Please vote for you choice for first, second, and third place in a comment to the voting post.
4. The "Mod's Choice" award will be given out by me, depending on the amount of entries for a challenge. :D
5. Oh.. and no voting for yourself. I'll check.
