You may NOT be a fucktard
Click here to join and you'll be let in as a Plower. We have it set up so we can kick people out easily.
In order to become an official Harvester you must render an image with your character in a Harvester uniform and weapon. The image must have goggles, as well as the Harvester mark somewhere on their body, which is visible only at Harvests but invisible during any other time. As well as a bio for that character that fallows along the Harvester storyline, the storyline can be viewed HERE. Post your image/bio on the community board and with the approval of at least two Elite, you can become a official Harvester.
Your bio must explain why your character wants to join the Harvesters, how your character heard of the Harvesters and what we're about, and how your character found a Harvester/Elite and talked them up to letting your character join. YOU MAY NOT SAY THEY FOUND US AT OUR "BASE" OR CANDYCANE COVE. We don't have a "main headquarters" and Candycane cove is STRICTLY off limits to anyone who's not a Harvester.
Do not link your bio from your own journal, from DeviantART, from your own site or from an image with the bio written on it. The bio must be written out onto the Harvester community journal, or it will not be accepted.
Characters may not be “demons” or “angels” in any way, such as the character having demonic/satanic/celestial/angelic, utilizing demonic/angelic abilities, etc. As well as no God/god like/godly powered characters.
When writing your character bio you may NOT write it in story format, like in a books or novels. Meaning no dialogue, and no extreme detail in every little thing.

You must remember this community is SHOW ONLY, we do NOT actually go out and kill, we do NOT give threats out to others. If you are caught doing such actions you WILL be banned. Actions of such nature as we play here, are ILLEGAL in real life and are as well very STUPID, we do NOT support real violence, so don't do it and bring yourself down to a Fucktard's level of thought. Please look down to the Disclaimer for more information on this rule.

You gotta know how to type.. if you type shit we can't read we'll just assume you're a fucktard and won't accept your request/remove you from the list.
The process of upranking is long and slow... much consideration will be taken into any and all promotions, we will tollerate no complaints concerning the matter.
If you leave a stupid comment or act stupid or do ANYTHING stupid you will be removed. Stupid people are the target.
You may use whatever means of uploading your own image.
Your image MUST either be JPEG or GIF if you want us to upload it to our gallery. We can no longer accept PNGs because smugmug won't take them and we do NOT have the time to convert them.
Your image must be Harvester related and not include the killing/harming of another person's copyrighted character.
You are allowed more than one Harvester character, but only one of your characters will be made into a card.
You can only change your card, be it character on card or general image, once per year, so make the image and who you want on it count.
Do not ask for comments on your images, you may ask for opinions, but not comments.

::Posting policies

All entries made here MUST be somehow Harvester related. The only very NARROW exception for this is news or info that effects us all widely as an art community, and even if you do that it'll most likely be deleted unless the Elites deem it worthy. Otherwise your entry WILL be deleted without warning.
If you don't use an imagehost that will generate thumbnails (like photobucket or TA) you have to either give us a picture in a link, a cut, a small preview image link, or upload your own thumbnail. However if your image is really small (300x300 pixels or less) you don't really have to cut it or anything. Remember that direct hotlinking DeviantArt is against the policies.
No "I'm new" entries.
No "I'm going to draw a picture pretty soon" entries.
No "this is why I haven't been active" entries.
No Harvester Hater rants.
No "poor me" entries We don't want to hear you complain about something JUST because you don't like it. Please limit your rants to people who actually fit into the definition of a fucktard:

What is the Harvest?
The Harvest is a group of genetically superior beings coming together for the mass killing of selected people (fucktards) held every month officially by the Elite Harvesters and their underlings. But some Harvests are held at random times by smaller hordes of Harvesters and Plowers. These are known as Unsanctioned Harvests.

When do the Sanctioned Harvests happen?
Every month on the 30th. These will be organized, conducted, and led by the Elite Harvesters, anyone who tries to take control of the Sanctioned Harvests will be promptly slain. However the Unsanctioned Harvests can happen at any given time with any number of Harvesters.

What is a fucktard?
A cold, selfish, dangerous individual who pays no respect to anyone, will walk on anyone to get what they want with no regards to their lives or health. Usually lack general common sense, but the most dangerous fucktards are the smart ones that can cause a lot more damage to society.

What is the purpose of the Harvests?
Basically to weed out the fucktards before they breed any more fuckards. In reality it's just something online to blow off steam if you're pissed at someone and feel like you're getting back at them.

Does anything happen after the Harvests?
After a Harvest, a number of things can be done. Some Harvesters just leave the fields of bodies to rot, some dump them some place where cute little furry woodland creatures can feast on them, some skin the corpses as mementos for the Harvests. People have also reported seeing corpses strung up in trees and body parts cultivated to make crude musical instruments such as skin drums and bone flutes. The Sanctioned Harvests are extremely ceremonial and always include a festival with dancing and music afterwards.

What are the Harvester rankings?
There are three ranks in the harvesters.
Plowers - The Plowers are mostly the scapegoats of the Harvests, the new guys, if you will. The only thing that must be done to become a Plower is to send a reasonable request to join.

Harvesters - The majority of the group are the Harvesters themselves, who are more respected and experienced than the Plowers. They are faster, stronger, and officially branded as such. The brand is usually placed in a spot commonly out of sight, but always shown during all Harvests. The Harvester him/herself will pick the place to put the brand and will have design rights on their Harvester outfits to ensure its visibility.

Enforcer: Technically, a regular Harvester that's been recognized by an Elite; Enforcers are usually more astute and supportive than the normal Harvester.

Slayers: Advanced Harvester; they are faster and more cunning than Harvesters and Enforcers. Slayers are able to control small bands of Harvesters during Sanctioned Harvests, as well as work more closely with the Elite themselves. Must be recognized by one or more Elite.

Moon*Reapers: The closest to an Elite as one may get without being an Elite. Moon*Reapers are powerful, strong willed, intelligent and audacious; they are acknowledge by all the Elite for the excellent skills and help through time. Moon*Reapers are able to control large bands of Harvesters during Sanctioned Harvests, as well as give orders when an Elite is unavailable. They are also able to summon a minor Sub-god, as well as own their own God.

Elite Harvesters - The highest rank is the Elite Harvesters, which are very few and far between. Becoming an Elite is almost unheard of outside the small circle of already existing Elite. Becoming an Elite Harvester is ruled by the Elite ones themselves and is not the same procedure as becoming a Harvester. The entire process is extremely intricate and ritual, and it shall not be told where non-Harvesters can hear.

How does a Plower become a Harvester?
As this is generally an artist community, basically draw your character with brand visible in a personalized Harvester outfit with a specially designed weapon. The outfit can be generally anyway you want it to be, primarily outfits are made of dark colors, since Harvests usually take place at midnight and we like to get there unnoticed. However there is one design requirement besides the weapon so that Harvesters can identify each other easily and not accidentally hack any comrades' limbs off. That is the goggles, which can be personalized or like the ones shown in the Official Harvester art. Up to you. A bio for that character, is also required, it MUST fallow the Harvester storyline, the storyline can be viewed HERE.
