Even if you just use hanson lyrics on non-hanson bases, you can still post them. IF you would like to be an affiliate, contact one of the mods.
Rules:
If posting an offensive icon [slash, political of any kind (believe me, your mods probably do NOT want to hear anything political), or any offensive topic], please put it behind a cut.
"Such and such for president" is ok if left unmarked as long as it doesn't verge either way politically/diss on any past or present presidents. If that's the case, cut it please and mark which political side it is for.
When posting more than one icon, please put it behind a cut. The code for a cut is [lj-cut text="whatever needs to be said in the cut"] with
the []'s replaced by <>'s
If applicable icons requiring a cut do not get cut within 12 hours of posting, they will be deleted at the moderators' discretions.
You must credit the icon-maker in icon keywords if the icon-maker requires credit.
You may not advertise any communities. This community is for icons, friends only banners, wallpapers, and other Hanson-related images ONLY. Posts that violate this rule will also be deleted.

If you've seen it before, but don't know who did it in order to comment to their post, your best bet is to check out this WONDERFUL community called icon_tutorial. They have lots and lots of help for people who are new and learning, and pros who are just looking for some advice.
Which program should I use for editing and/or animation?
We (meaning your ever so loving and faithful moderators) prefer to use Jasc Photoshop Pro and Animation Shop. There are plenty of programs out there to edit with, though. Adobe Photoshop and Paint (yes, even Paint.) are two other examples.
