Yes, this is going to be a to-do list entry, mostly for myself. I'll put it behind a cut

Things to do between now and Wednesday morning )

And most of this needs to get done TO.MORROW. because I should very much like to spend time with Dee and Amber on Tuesday. I apologize now for the state of my house (both for it's lack of cleanliness AND sanity; between the dogs, ALL the people (who will ALL be home), and the four-year-old, it's a bit insane) (but we have Rockband, and two guitars, and the microphone, and the drumset)

Tomorrow's eating plan;
Brekky; water, coffee, apple (70)
Lunch; 1 fried egg, salad, applesauce (180)
Dinner; soup, celery, carrots (170)
Total; approx. 420 calories
Liquids allowed: coffee, tea, water, diet coke! :)

Today's weight changes;
Afternoon (when I got up); 139/139.5
Later; 139/138.5
Nightnight; 139.5/140.5
I ate more than planned today, but less than last week (not including saturday (sat I did well));
so all in all, i'm quite okay with that.

Today's weight goal was 138.
Tomorrow's weight goal, (on plan) is 137.
Weight goal, (off plan, based on today); is 137.5-138.5

Today I'm thankful for finally finishing that last novel of 2009. Ha! Dunno why it took me so long, I liked the book. Too many distractions, that's what it is.

Did lots of reading, chatting with friends, and realizing who my real friends are. So, thankful for that insight too.

It's Monday tomorrow, just one more week of peace and quiet before work starts again.
