[in moderation, and at your own risk--don't blame us if anything goes wrong] Advertising other livejournal communities are allowed once every 3-6 months [unless it’s Hampton Roads related] No rating communities! [if we're interested, we'll come find you] Advertising local businesses, services, and events are fine, but non-local is obviously pointless [don’t spam] [Please don't break other people's friends pages] If your image is large or you have a lot of images, please put it behind a cut. Chances are, if you have to ask, it probably needs an LJ-cut Please don't post long posts that are spaced out with larger than normal text. It may not look incredibly huge on your layout, but on other people's, it totally conquers the friends page. If you want to make your text for a few lines larger than normal, that's fine, but if the majority of your post is in large text and double-spaced, that's simply disruptive [If you run into problems with trolls/other members here] You need to send Perigune a note at "perigune @ livejournal.com" (remove all spaces) with the URL of the post(s) in question, or contact one of the community mods.
